Meet Our Team

Adam Bradley BVetMed PGCertSAM MRCVS

Owner and Vet

I’ve been a practicing vet since graduating from RVC in 2010. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of caring for many pets and their families. When I graduated I started my career in Kent for a family practice for 3 years before moving to a referral hospital as an intern to gain more experience. I came back home (Surbiton) in 2014 and gained experience in different areas and clinics mainly as a first opinion vet but also as an emergency vet working out of hours. In 2019, I further developed my skills after 3 years of further studying by earning a postgraduate certificate in small animal medicine.

After spending 6 years within corporate practice. I realized I wanted to create something different—a practice where the well-being of animals always comes first and where honest, personalized care is at the heart of every decision.

That’s why I launched Paws and Go, a fully independent, mobile veterinary clinic. My mission is to provide professional, compassionate care right at your doorstep. I want to offer straightforward, transparent advice and treatment plans that prioritize what’s best for your pet.

As a lifelong animal lover, my passion has always been helping pets live happy, healthy lives. I’m excited to bring my experience, dedication, and love for veterinary medicine directly to you and your furry family members.

Kayleigh Charalambous

Practice Manager

I have been in the animal industry for just over 10 years, I have always loved animals having every pet you can imagine from Fish, Hamsters, Rats, Guinea Pigs, Cats, a Dog called Baz and I even had a horse called Munchie. My passion is animals and people so what better way to combine the both. I started my career at a doggy day care as Customer Service Manager in 2015, then moved onto an Independent Veterinary Practice in 2018, I then moved onto a Corporate Veterinary Practice as Practice Manager in 2022 and carried on in practices till I moved to Paws and Go in April 2025. I wanted to make the move back to an independent, as that's what my heart wants - I missed being part of an independent clinic, so what better way than to join Paws and Go. I will be your main point of contact for all your needs, you will always get high level of care, kindness and passion from me, I cannot wait to meet you all and your furry friends.

Minion (Masters in making sure you don't ignore him)

Chief Welfare Officer

Minion takes his role as Chief Welfare Officer very seriously, ensuring there’s always a comforting cuddle available after a long, stressful day. With his expert-level relaxation skills and knack for turning any chair into a throne of calm, Minion keeps spirits high and stress levels low. He’s living proof that the best medicine sometimes comes with fur and purrs.

Petra (Diploma in telling the staff what she wants)

The 'Real' Boss

Petra may not say much, but don’t let her quiet demeanor fool you—she’s the one running the show. With her no-nonsense attitude and an uncanny ability to command attention with a single, rare meow, Petra ensures everything at Paws and Go stays on track. When she speaks, you’d better listen—because it’s probably important (or about dinner).
